The inspiration for this project the artistry and beauty of the Venetian Carnival. It is a project that was originally designated for my new book, Denim Revolution, but due to the page limit, had to be cut, so here it is, just as the costume season begins.

I dressed to draw attention to my face - which means – striking hair – big and wild – deep berry colored lipstick … and a long sleeved wine top, totally ripped jeans, Stella and over the top shoes. Shoot me a photo if you can, I'd love to see what you do.
